AI & Corporate Training Products
AI coaching, micro-learning and intelligent training products powered by large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and vector search.
AI is rewriting how teams learn, coach and train. We build production-grade AI-powered learning products — most notably Blink AI, our in-house AI coaching platform built around the GROW methodology and Socratic questioning. Whether you need to release your own AI product or add AI features to an existing platform, we know the stack and the failure modes.

Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers about how we engineer, deliver and operate ai & corporate training.
01Which AI models do you integrate?
OpenAI (GPT-4 family), Anthropic Claude, Mistral, and self-hosted open models via Ollama or vLLM where data residency matters. Selection depends on cost, latency, language quality and the privacy posture each client requires.
02What is the GROW methodology and how does Blink AI use it?
GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) is a coaching framework introduced by Sir John Whitmore in his 1992 book "Coaching for Performance". Blink AI applies it through Socratic questioning: instead of giving advice, the AI asks structured questions that move the learner from goal to commitment.
03Do you use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)?
Yes. Most enterprise AI products we build are grounded in client-specific knowledge bases via vector search (PostgreSQL pgvector, Pinecone or Weaviate). RAG keeps answers factual, citable and auditable — a hard requirement for regulated industries.
04How is AI training measured?
Three layers: completion (modules finished), engagement (time, streaks, conversation depth) and behaviour change (pre/post assessments and on-the-job indicators). Dashboards roll up cohort, team and individual signals for L&D managers.
