01 · Who we are

T-Square is an independent software studio operating from Kadıköy, Istanbul, reachable at [email protected]. This policy covers the website at tsquare.com.tr and any data exchanged through its forms, email channels and embedded services.

02 · What we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, company, message body. Stored only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, request URL — retained for 30 days for security and abuse detection, then automatically rotated out.
  • Essential cookies — session and security cookies required to operate the site. No cross-site tracking.
  • Optional analytics — privacy-respecting page-view counts (no personal identifiers, no fingerprinting). Loaded only after consent.

03 · Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiries, deliver our engagement scope reliably, and continuously improve the content and performance of the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

04 · Where data lives

Inquiry data is stored on EU-region servers (Hetzner, Frankfurt). Email is delivered via standard SMTP providers under contractual data-processing agreements. Backup copies are encrypted at rest and rotated weekly.

05 · Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent for any optional processing, or object to specific uses. Send your request to [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days, free of charge.

06 · Third-party services

The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on forms and may embed YouTube videos for product demos. Both providers may receive your IP address per their respective privacy policies. We use no advertising or behavioural tracking pixels.

07 · Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves or as regulations change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for 30 days.
